Up until now, I've taken care of all of the paperwork for the adoption and let me tell you, there's a TON of it! It's been incredibly stressful but obviously worth it. Since I've taken care of it all, Justin hasn't really had a hand in the 'process' and list making side of things. He's been more of the do-er type, helping with the baby's room, throwing papers to bring in more money, etc. Since we received our adoption decree on Monday he's been trying to figure out how to get Silas added to his health insurance. Tonight he completed all of the paperwork and it's in the mail tomorrow!! He's so proud of himself so I thought I'd give him a shout out!
Great job, Justin. You deserve this precious little man, too! Can't wait!!
